The well-being of a young artist

It is never easy to learn something. We often face criticisms and comments which make us feel sad. It happens in the real world everywhere. We can actually improve ourselves from some of our worst experiences.

Here are some tips to raise your self-esteem!:
  1. Be open-minded. Treat all issues with an open mind. Not everyone think like you. Let creativity flourish in you by looking from different perspectives.
  2. Start praising. Praise yourself for your hard work. You have done your best and there is nothing to regret.
  3. See successes. Accept responsibilities. Accept others and their weaknesses and you will learn to accept yourself for who you are.
  4. Accept weaknesses. Noone is perfect. Your weaknesses are only temporary. Ask yourself how you can overcome these weaknesses and look for solutions.
  5. Provide self-care. Love yourself. How you treat yourself is how other people will treat you.
  6. Have goals. Be proactive. What kind of person do you want to be? How can you be happy and successful in your life? Work towards it!

We can all do our part to make learning easy for everyone.

  1. Be punctual.
  2. Be ready to learn.
  3. Listen attentively.
  4. Hand up work on time.
  5. Respect one another.
  6. Respect our environment.

HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS:

  1. When you feel stressed, practice taking long, deep breaths.
  2. Take regular breaks from your work.
  3. Get regular exercise.
  4. Eat a balanced diet.
  5. Avoid caffeine (Eg, tea and coffee)
  6. Learn time management and organization skills.
  7. Use humor to lighten difficult situations.
  8. Seek to find the positive in every situation. View adversity as an opportunity for learning and growth.
  9. Do not bury your emotions. Talk to someone about how you feel.
  10. Give compliments freely and smile often. You'll be amazed how the mood around you will change and how in turn you will feel better.
  11. Learn to really listen to what others are saying rather than getting upset because you disagree. Seek to find areas of common ground and work for a compromise.
